Bubble film is a kind of new plastic packaging material with light weight, good transparency, non-toxic and tasteless, which is manufactured with high-pressure PE as the main raw material and whitening agent, opening agent and other materials as additives, and blew into bubbles at a high temperature of about 230℃ through extruding blow molding process. With the capabilities including moisture prevention, buffering and heat preservation, it is suitable for packaging and filling of various products, and features good shock absorption, impact resistance, heat bonding property, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance.
With good vibration buffering effect during transportation, it is widely applied in packaging of electronics, instruments, ceramics, handicrafts, household appliances, bicycles, furniture, painted articles and precision instruments.
The bubble film is mainly divided into ordinary polyethylene cushion film, antistatic cushion film, flame-retardant cushion film, color printing cushion film, single-layer/double-layer bubble film and etc.
It can be customized to meet the customer's special requirements for style, size, pattern and other aspects.
